You know how some mornings you just FEEL like you're lighter? This was my rising. Did the pee-strip-weigh exercise, and found I'm down 1.8 lbs! Not huge, but reasonable. Especially since I saw no loss on Saturday. Better late than never!! LOL
94,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 4,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 33,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
