Today was weigh in up a 1 pound, BUT YOU KNOW THAT'S OK, YOU DIDN'T GAIN. So it seems I am stuck at a 178 area. So that means a little more exercising, more water & little less CARBS ! ! ! So I guess that means work a little hard, and SORRY NO SPLURGE TODAY ! 😲 😭
