My weight loss is starting to level out at 0.4 lbs per day. If it stays at this rate I will just make Dr G's request coming in at 21.4 lbs loss - that's cutting it a bit close - I wish I could exercise more than just doing stuff around the house. I'm going to try to find an exercise video on TV / U-Tube something that's not to hard for an old lady but just hard enough. If anyone knows of one please let me know.
