A gain which was to be expected after three days at our son's in Cheshire! The food was mostly on plan but the copious amounts of white wine wasn't! So enjoyed spending time with two of our granddaughters aged 14 and 11, we played lots of board games together as a family, something all our children loved doing. Feeling better although my arthritis is still bothering me but keeping going!

Glad you had a good time in Cheshire. Sorry about the arthritis. I have it too. I've found the Now (manufacturer) Cat's Claw extract works very well - better than glucosamine sulphate which I took for many years.

Thanks Doobrie, I will have a look if it helps. Can't take anti inflammatory meds as highly allergic to them but need something to help with this flare up!

I can't take Ibuprofen. I'm not allowed to anyway with my anticoagulants. If you want to try the cat's claw, the one I buy is NOW cat's claw extract 120 veg capsules. Make sure you get this one and not the other one they make which is not an extract. I order mine from powerbody.co.uk. It's expensive but worth it. I'm ordered from them before so I know they're a trustworthy company. Have to be so careful these days!
