Much better than last week's weigh in. I did cut back on the calories a little more but carbs and insulin still a bear to adjust. I switched my insulin injections up a bit to 3 smaller shots per day instead of the one in Morning and one in evening. Seems to keep my BG more stable that way.
92,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 24,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
