Wow yikes all due to overeating just the way I used too ...I got to get a grip stay on my healthy 1200, 75 carb,60 gm of fat under 90 protein ...I know what I need to do but will I today 🤔 hmm ok let's say I will try ...I'm still having that weakness especially in the morning I think I'm still feeling a little down 😩but I've got to stay positive and also not let myself go back to 170 weight but I'm definitely feeling it in my clothes ...I can just keep trying 👍
