Taking b12,added vit c ...ate mcdonalds last night ..did not eat any artificial sugars of any kind had no nuts of any kind ( my favorite ) I didn't have numbness in my feel last night just my arms ... i see neurologist may 1......maybe it's change of life anxiety ...I feel like the vita c helped or maybe it was the McDonald's 😂
