Asarver's Logboek, 17 apr 18

This was expected, since I ate out so much this weekend (in laws were here) and TOM is also here, so a little bit of bloating. I'm not too worried about it.

Back to logging food today.

I wanted to get your opinion, friends. What do you think about fasting one day a week? How does it work?
67,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

For bloat, I use HUM “Flatter-Me” oral caps, adds essential enzyme breakdown foods and stop bloating, also, quieted my night time tumbly noises...I grumble when I sleep on my back, so now I sleep on my side, and I wasn’t hungry either, that’s the weird thing about it, but this seems to help me...
