This week my emotions were all over the place. I felt weak, strong, hopeful and hopeless, sometimes all on the same day. I had to fight going out and buying a cart full of chocolate and eating it all! It was COVID fears, the state of our country, my own states stupidity, family issues...you name it I probably stressed over it! I’m trying to stay focused on myself and doing what I need to do, but sometimes it all becomes overwhelming!

I can't wait for beautiful NW weather again. The dark, dreary, rainy days make me want to hibernate! I've been sticking to my Low Carb plan but having a hard time drinking as much water as I'm supposed to. I have to really work at it. I drink a good decaf tea and I have a sparkling water I like. Plus I have insulated containers with ice water. I don't drink soda or anything so I should be able to do this. Why is it so hard?
