Oh my gosh I just made Pork fried 'rice' and it is DEE LISH SHOUS!!!

I took a half of a head of fresh cauliflower and chopped it up into lil bitty pieces (like rice size) and took a few green onions and sliced them up. I fried up some boneless pork chops with some of the green onion and soy & sesame oil. Sauteed the whites of the green onions and some minced garlic in some vegetable oil, added the chopped cauliflower, fried that a few minutes then added soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger pepper and a lil splenda. pushed it all to the side and scrambled a few eggs, mixed it all up and tasted it. yum yum yum yum, I remember reading this recipe somewhere but couldn't remember where I got it so I don't have an exact recipe but IT WAS YUMMY. It really tastes like fried rice!!! I tried using cauli once for faux mashed potatoes and I was NOT fooled on e bit, they were GROSS but this, this is a keeper. Oh I can't wait for T to get home so he can try it too.

hmm, I'm still not down anything. I'm thinking that since I have suddenly become an exerciser, that maybe I've built some muscle mass in my legs and arms from the biking and light lifting.

I'm wearing a size 10, I could wear an 8 but they'd be tight, so I'm not gaining too bad. I dunno what's going on. It's funny, a size 10 used to be tiny to me. Now it's disappointing. How messed up is that? I remember when a size 14 seemed unattainable and perfect. I want to be in a size 6. Or is it a 4? I don't know. I've never worn a 6, much less a 4. These are all womens sizes I am referring to, not juniors. I buy juniors because I like the fit better than I do the ladies wear. In juniors I wear 9 (if there's stretch)and 11.

I've got the whole kitchen whited out. The cabinets and doors and walls and ceiling, all of it's white and ready for color. I was up until 3:30 am painting. I've lost my damn mind! So now I gotta go in there today and paint the walls and a few accents I've chosen the new color. I am leaving the trim and base of the cabinets in white, it just looks clean. We've ordered the floor from Lowes and it should be in this week. T is coming home tonight and I wanted to have him a nice meal ready for dinner but my kitchen is a disaster area so I've got to get to work! Just thinking about it makes my muscles quiver.

I had a 100% whey protein shake for breakfast. 4g of carbs. Wonder how long that will stave off my appetite.

I am delaying getting in there painting. lol silliness

Oh yeah, gonna make monterrey chicken! sounds yummy!
you skillet fry a boneless skinless breast, cut open a fresh jalapeno pepper (should I saute it?) and lay it on top of the breast then cover that with some monterrey cheese slices, then you bake it until the cheese is melted. Having that with some brussel sprouts and a side salad.
