So for the week of my daughter's birthday I completely went off plan. Eating everything and anything. Cake, cookies, pizza, burgers, soda. You name it, I ate it. So of course I gained weight but I am completely ecstatic that I only gained 1.5 lbs. I was off the plan for over a week and only gained 1.5 lbs! I thought I was going to gain at least 5 pounds. Well I'm back on the plan today and ready to focus. I know this week is going to be hard because of the cravings but I am down over 30 lbs now and I know I can do it. Hopefully by my birthday in February I will either be at goal or be 10 lbs away from goal. I'm excited and can't wait!!

Down another 3 pounds this week. I am so excited. I'm beaming right now because I only have 4 more pounds until I reach my mini goal and I can officially say that I have lost ALL of the baby weight from BOTH of my children.....
My daughter's 3rd birthday party is today and my mini goal was to get down to 160 by today and even though I didn't reach it I am more than happy to say that I am now 163.5 lbs. I've lost over 30 lbs since I started, most I've ever lost in my life.....This is huge for me and I am so proud of myself.....I know today will be a cheat day because of my lil ones b-day party but I'm so not worried because tomorrow it's right back on track for me!!!!!

Been so busy wit school and the family....I'm still going though, dropped another 3.5 lbs.....So excited!

I haven't been on much lately to write in my food journal but I have been sticking with the program with just a few minor set backs...Luckily I haven't gained any weight because I went way over yesterday with Chinese food and this whole week I have been eating way too many Atkins products. I've just had such a sweet tooth and the Atkins products were the next best thing that could relieve my sweet cravings this week. So I already figured this week I would stay the same weight. But it's okay because I am back on track thanks to some visual inspiration which involved video of me at damn near 200 lbs at my parents house. That video definitely helped me get back the fire I had in the beginning towards losing weight. I looked horrible, granted I just had a baby but damn I looked a mess. Well only 10 more pounds until my mini goal which I wanted to achieve by November 11th but we'll see. Going to have to go hard if I want to come close. Definitely not expecting to reach it but I will try for 6lbs.....Wish me luck!
