My name is Chrystal Nicole
I'm a mother and house wife from South Louisiana.
I'm 42 years old and I enjoy cooking, Horror films, reading, I love Stephen King and enjoy trying new recipes. ( My family enjoys eating, Lol). We're from the South so we do a lot of cooking and eating which unfortunately coupled with aging is why I need to loose a few pounds Lol! I enjoy nature and the outdoors, I Love to camp during the summer down at the river with my family. I find peace and happiness in the little things in life and realize how short it really is and try to live life to it's fullest! I've lived, I've loved and I've experienced a great amount of loss in my life, but I try not to let that shape my life but guide it, I know know that everything that I've been through in my past is the reason I'm a bigger and better person today. I try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt even though I've met a lot who've let me down and I just try and enjoy Life! We only have this one!

Does anyone know of a healthy diet that will loose body fat but keep muscle? I need to loose about 10-15lbs so that I can be at my ideal body weight. l hate to say it, but I feel so uncomfortable at my current weight, I'm 5'9 and about 160lbs right now and I feel like I'm at my max right now, it's just to much for me, I've lost my confidence and worry my husband who is 9 years younger than me is going to think I'm fat and unattractive now, maybe it's because I'm actually starting to feel old at 42 now,I'm not sure the cause I use to be very confident and outgoing even , I don't know I've been through a lot lately, maybe I'm depressed 😔, anyway can anyone help?! Thanks for listening to my rant!
