I feel like I'm gaining more fat than muscle now and I have a much less active job full time, so I'm bumping my calories back down some and get a little more strict with my eating. I was getting to loose with my eating habits.

I decided I'm staying where I'm at and keep doing the ED prn, a day every other week. There's more positives of staying. It's less physically demanding, less stress, more money, I can pick my son up from school and it's close to his school, I get to have lunch with my dad every day and Mondays with hubby, because he's off on Mondays. I've made muscle gains, because of way less stress, sleeping better, not over training or taxing my body. I still get to keep up on my skills and do what I love every other week without getting burned out, being stresses out and it taking a toll on me mentally and physically like it was.

Mu husband told me to delete these entries so nothing back fires on me. I will say there is more positives than negatives for staying. I'm still thinking about what to do

I went to the chiropractor the other day and told him my right hip has been bothering the last few weeks and my right lower back always hurts now. I asked for x-rays. My right hip is now a little higher than the left. Originally when I went last year it was a little lower and he had me wear a heal riser in my right shoe. He said he never saw that happen before and the only thing he can think of is take the heel riser out and I have to see him in 2 weeks to see if that helped. Of course that anomaly had to happen to me, just another stab at me when things aren't going right for me in life. Well hopefully that is the answer to this hip and back and I pray me not wearing the heel riser corrects it. Also, my hip being higher is making my upper body lean to the left he said, he saw it in the x-ray

I went way over my calories, but today in the gym I had more energy and felt stronger. I was able to lift heavier weight. I'm thinking maybe I need to bump my calories up some. It could be a combination of needing to bump calories up and eat a little more fat intake, because usually my grams of fat is 60 something or less on average.
