yesterday I ate too much but at least I ate healthy my weight went down but it might just be because I haven't been eating a lot today. eating a lot of healthy foods is better than me eating a lot of unhealthy foods. didn't really keep track of my calories but I'm guessing past couple days I've ate anywhere from 2000 to 2200 calories. might make a salad for an after-school snack then dinner or later tonight.😁

Since I said that I'm completely honest with you. here is the truth . originally when I weighed myself I was 189 then I've been eating crappy again and went back up. I'm trying but it's taking time. I'm going to work out today. I have a lot of things that I need to clean up and do. going to set goals and things like that today in my journal. that will help me be more motivated. 😕

i splurged! in my mind i thought a plate is only 2$ more and i didnt remember about my calories. so i got one along with my friends. went way over. also got.boba and ate a hude salad when i got home.
