Weight still same as it was a couple days ago. That's okay. But got the report from my doctor on that bone scan. My bones are still ostioporosic or what ever that word is. Been on the bone pills for two years now. Was hoping to get off them after this last bone scan but she said, nope, not yet. Good news is there is some improvement. Anyone else take Alendronate for their bones? I take the once a week type. Try to remember to take it on Sunday but sometimes forget and take it on Monday. Doctor says that is okay. One day different won't make a difference. I don't take extra calcium because my blood tests show I have plenty of it floating around in my blood, just not getting to my bones like it should. So now its two more years (at least) on these pills.

I'm up but I expected to be. Have been stuck at the same weight for several weeks. So decided to give in and let my body have a few more cals per day for a couple weeks, since it seems to think it's starving and hanging on to everything with a vengence. It's not behaving and burnibg the fat, see what the few extra calories did, weights up. Okay, senile old body, not one extra calorie will be coming your way. Enough is enough. Getting tired of the scale not moving or going up ounce by ounce. Time for more drastic action.
I fell the other night, freak accident, was wearing sandals and caught my sandal strap on a part of my husband's wheel chair while moving it to the den. I took me by surprise and down I went. Landed on my left hip and twisted my foot. Been nursing my injuries. I can't/don't take pain relievers so trying to keep moving so things don't stiffen up any more than they already have. Didn't sleep well last night because my back was hurting too. I could snack my way through the house today but not going to do it. Keep thinking, if I had already lost that final 40 lbs I would not have hit the floor so hard. Grrrrrr!

Holding at the same weight for too many weeks. Stress?!? At least there's been no gain. Still hanging in there though.
