Is it better for motivation and to help you keep on track by setting small goals for your weight loss? Like 10 pounds this month, and then make a new goal once it's reached? Or make adjustments if it's not. Or do you just set an end goal?
I want to lose a total of 72 pounds, which would put my BMI at 23.9. So far I've lost 18, had a setback due to my health and gained 10 pounds of it back. Now I've gotten back to a total of 17.3 pounds lost since January 13th. I'm averaging between 1000-1150 calories per day, other than when I was in the hospital and stress ate everything they put in front of me. But the remaining 55 pounds is starting to feel like an impossible goal. Or at best a goal that would take more than a year to reach at this pace. 17 pounds in two months is pretty sad to be honest.
