Good evening!
I just did another kickboxing DVD, so feel like I can get my workouts back on track.
I still need to drink 20oz more water to reach my 100oz goal. For anyone who has followed me for a while on FS, you probably have seen many journal entries about my dislike for water. The bigger issue is that I just really don't feel thirsty often. Well, I got a wake-up call when I had my annual physical. My lab work was great, except my calcium was elevated. Of course, I had to look ar Dr. Google, and it can be pretty dangerous. Luckily, I hydrated for a couple of weeks, redid the blood test, and blood and parathyroid were normal. Since then, I've cut back on coffee and increased my water.

Still eating healthy and drinking lots of water, but have been too busy for workouts...started kickboxing and Pilates again yesterday

Good morning!
I've brought my walking shoes to work and will walk/run the 3 flights of stairs today on my break and lunch hour.
I had a little scare from my doctor yesterday, so am sort of freaking out. I don't eat when I'm stressed, so have no food to log since yesterday. She called about my lab work and my calcium was elevated. My siter..an RN..assures me that they see this ALL the time. At the time I had it done, I was taking a LOT of Tums due to nighttime reflux, and I was dehydrated, so I'm hoping my next text will be normal. I was diagnosed with low stomach acid, so now I just drink ACV with water before a meal, and haven't had any more problems.
I am very focused on drinking at least 80 oz of water every day. I normally drink a lot of coffee, and barely any water.

Sigh...a new week. I wasn't ready to come back to work!
I definitely did not behave during the snooze of a Super Bowl. I had a small amount of bean dip, and also cheese dip, but other than that I only indulged in the veggie tray. Also, no desserts!
I did 2 kettle bell workouts on Sunday, and managed to deep clean our bedroom. That was a workout in itself, since I had a lot of clutter with magazines, etc.
I started today with a kettle bell workout and 20 oz of lemon water. I made whole wheat blueberry pancakes last night, so froze those and brought one for breakfast.

Happy Saturday,
I've been absent..again..but still eating healthy.
I'm working on getting back into exercising regularly and drinking more water.
I did a kettle bell workout this morning, and will do a kickboxing DVD tonight.
