Lunch today. Stir fried pasta, zucchini and prawns, a bit of a “cheat meal” but I made sure everything was below 300 calories.

Today’s breakfast. I’ve discovered the secret is to eat small quantities frequently. Work out your BMR, then divide by 24. That gives you how many calories you can eat per hour, with out storing it as fat.

Lunch today! Will have half now, half for dinner. Doing the Emi Wong 4 week fitness challenge, as well as some excercises by Romee Stridgid, as well as dancing for an hour in the night. Today’s calories averaged 700, and I actually didn’t feel hungry!

Here is today’s Dinner, felt a bit hungry so I had a quarter mid afternoon and will have the rest later. Still going strong, I have not touched the cool drinks and substituted it for lemon water! It actually tastes okay!
