So yesterday is embarrassing. I just went on an eating frenzy. I ate everything in sight and none of it was healthy. So today, I started again. I didn’t even log my food yesterday. I don’t want to think about it.

I am struggling. I’m doing really well at staying to my 1500 calorie daily intake most days. A few days I have gone over but not often and not terribly. Over. I see the pictures of what everyone is eating and I’m blown away. I’m not good at exotic meal planning and it seems the portion size is hard to maintain and stay within 1500 calories. I’ve been doing this for 7 weeks and have lost less than 9 pounds. Weight loss at 64 is just so hard.

I am struggling. I think I need to learn more about the appropriate ratio of carbs, fats, and protein. I’m just counting calories and trying to avoid junk food. It’s rough
