Made it to the gym today. Day 1 of 5 for this wk. I did weights, wanted to do some cardio but my head was killing me! So I did the workout that I found on the Women's Health website. Its a 6 wk running plan. After I complete it, I should be able to run for 30 minutes non-stop. That would help with me wanting to run a 10K.
I didn't eat very well today. I started off fine but then ate out for dinner and my snack. I've noticed that I don't get full when I just eat a piece of fruit for snack. I have to have like a small meal to feel full.
I really wish I had a workout partner. That's is what I needed @ the gym today, to give me that push. I only did like 2 sets out of the 3 I was supposed to do. I like lifting and I think I'm going to go that route to lose weight. I believe that when I lost weight last summer I was lifting and liked (for the most part) what I saw.
So, one day @ a time. Going to wake up and focus on tomorrow and having a better workout. G'night FS.

Life is so interesting, when you try to do right and have a plan set....everything in the universe tries to stop you. I was doing wonderfully today with eating and was ready to go to the gym, but then my stomach started hurting something terrible....then once i started feeling better, I get a call from my son's school telling me that he is having behavioral issues. Being a single parent, that news is very distressing....so I couldn't go to the gym because I had to deal with my son and then I decided to throw down on some cookies because I was so upset....
Woe is me!

Slept terrible last night...trying to muster up the energy...I AM GOING TO THE GYM TODAY!

Just didn't do right today.....what's new? The wkends are so wonderful, but so terrible @ the same time. I @ least got in some hiking yesterday. That's was my 1st time and it was fun. I plan on making it a more common occurence. I'm glad my son liked it too.
Abs are still sore from the Thurs workout....but this wk I AM PUTTING IN 5 DAYS!!!! No less than 4. Something weird happened this morning, I got on the scale and it said I gained 4lbs from yesterday......is that weird or is it just me???
Anyways, I hope everyone had a good wk. Let's start this wk with a BANG!!!!!

Good news!!!! LOSS!!!! A whole lb. I'm gonna keep on truckin. I only have 1.5 lbs til my 1st goal.
It's Friday! Gonna make sure to have a good wkend w/o going overboard. All the splurging has to stop if I want to keep the lbs off, even on my cheat days.
