For some reason I had an attack of the munchies last night and I gained back what I had lost yesterday :(

If I stay at the same pace of loosing 0.4 lbs per day it will take me 3 months to get to my goal weight of 150 lbs. I can hardly wait !!
I'm dreading having to be cut wide open again. It's a hard recovery to ounce back from, hope I got it in me one more time. I do know with this weight loss that it should be easier to get around after.

My weight loss is starting to level out at 0.4 lbs per day. If it stays at this rate I will just make Dr G's request coming in at 21.4 lbs loss - that's cutting it a bit close - I wish I could exercise more than just doing stuff around the house. I'm going to try to find an exercise video on TV / U-Tube something that's not to hard for an old lady but just hard enough. If anyone knows of one please let me know.

Today's the first day i enter into my journal. I started my weight loss 17 days ago when Dr G said I needed to lose 20 lbs before he could reconnect my colon and fix my hernias. So far I have loss a total of 14.6 lbs. I have to say that's pretty awesome cause I'm the only one that will say it...lol.
I have been recording the calories, carbs and sugar on everything I eat along with amount of water I drink. I try to stay under 150g carbs and 25g sugar, the calories will will come in around 700-900 calories if you do this. Carbs are easy, it's the dang sugar that's a killer but I got this!
