Went to the physio today and she told me I was doing very well! Melissa asked me if i had any questions, i said i received a letter from the Orthopedics saying i have 30% forward flexion in my shoulder, she recommended i increase my exercises and my weights also giving new exercises for my shoulder, also the Orthopedics recommends I continue with my physio so Melissa booked another appointment for the 1st May ,anything else I wanted to ask I told I waited to rejoin the gym, she said she would see if she could get me a discount (the beauty of munciple gym)
When I weighed myself I was pleasantly surprised it must be down to my walking I am now doing
Also I have cut out the biscuits, ice cream and fruit jucies replacing them with yogurt, green tea and fresh fruit. I still visit town centre to see the scum of Worthing ! Thank you everyone for all your support and have a good weekend .

Another 1lb put on in the last two weeks oh dear!
Going have to cut the cappuccinos, ice cream,fruit juices and replace them with Green Tea,yogurt and fresh fruit and water!
All must get more stressed instead of being relaxed must visit the town centre more often and see the scum of Worthing?

The resullt of doing no exercise !
Went for my x ray Tuesday as was told i could take of my brace go back 6-8 weeks for final x ray everything okay. Visited the physio today gave me some exercises to build up my strength and check my balance not good gave me a walking to assist they people would move out of my way(people are still straight forme!)i will ditch the stick and walk with one,they said they are going to refer me to a gym save me some money, next hope for better results. Keep well everyone.

Are the general public or ignorant? Every time i go down with my sling they don't move out of my way instead i am sure they head directly for me! My careres are nice to me to nice they don't let me do anything. I can see why people get into a rut! I am go for my X ray on the 30th January when I hope to get the all clear to take my brace of. I hope to start walking again on the 1st February.

Released from prison incarceration on Wednesday on parole after a month (27days) not that i was counting the parole officers are very good to cares, community ambulance service ,physio not social services still awaiting a visit my carer has been very good to me she made think what a bad life i was living and got me to take pride in my appearance, she visits twice a day in the morning to dress me,give me a shower and once at night to freshen me up and prepare me for bed
The community ambulance service came around to give me a medical and chase up the social services, the physio came around to check i have all the aids i need and give me exercises for my shoulder and arm waiting for social services. Weight was taken clothed so i reckon a take a 1lb off, went for a walk today to do some shopping and weigh myself ,should lose more weight once i get back in the routine of walking and visit the sauna and steam room plus gentle exercise in the gym
