Went through this stage where I don't weight myself anymore, sometimes I worry about what I eat, sometimes I don't. I don't know what I weigh so will have to weigh in the morning and record new weight and goal. I don't feel bigger though so that is a good start lol. One thing I have realised that's changed in me. I do eat less in general and I don't worry about food half as much as I used to. Does this mean mentally I'm ready to kill this thing?....I know one thing for sure...I'm tired of ups and downs....loosing and gaining...being obsessed about food and then not caring at all. It's time to get rid of this demon called weight that has been weighing my life down....it's time. Weight I have had you in my life for 20 years, you have been my reason and excuses for not accomplishing half the things I was meant to, for not being happy and for my low self esteem. I'm here to tell you that I'm done with you controlling my life and I'm ready to get rid of you for good!!!!
