I always struggled with my weight as many do. I had great success with LA Weightloss back in 2001 and got down to 140 pounds and felt great. Then I had 3 family members pass away all in a year's time and the weight came back on and out of control. My daughter is getting married this year and would like to at least get down to 150 pounds. Got my LA Weightloss materials out and started today.
