I am a 55 yr-old man (wow, that sounds awful) who has managed to stay married for 31 years so far to a wonderful woman. We raised four daughters to adulthood, and we are blessed to have a 4 yr-old grandson. He lives nearby and actually stays at our house several days a week. I have had some health issues in recent years due to a lifetime of poor eating habits and a lack of exercise; also, my work schedule is highly unconventional, and this adds to the physical stress and wear and tear on my body. I was going to have a stroke, be it that day or the next day or the next week. It was coming. So, I have to make some changes. At this time, changing jobs is not really an option, but I am looking. I just have to do better with my eating habits.
