62 year old women living in Hawaii. I eat only foods based on my blood type except that I eat nothing that has eyes, all vegetables except no onions, garlic, grains. 3 meals a day with no snacking total calories 1000 per day. I exercise every day usually bike cycling leisurely 1 1/2 hours and moderate 1 hour with 20 minutes weight training. I have lost 40 pounds.
Fast 1 day every 2 weeks for spiritual reasons but extra benefit is that it gives
my digestive system a rest.
