Former sailor, Police Officer, Corrections Officer, Construction Manager in an Environmental Company and current Over-The-Road Truck Driver. (Hence the problem.) I went from being very active and eating right to being completely sedentary and eating fast food and truck stop food.
It took a few years to get here and now that there are some health issues to deal with it's time to get it all off. Hopefully.
