I can start a new leaf as long as I feel like to.

我想分享給大家:
1. 原味優格、醬油醃雞肉1天
2. 取出雞肉沾蛋液,裹上燕麥、黑胡椒、紅椒粉和香蒜粉
3. 烤箱預熱220度烤20分鐘
不過我的作法省略了第一個步驟
第三步改用不鏽鋼平底鍋煎熟
味道不太像鹽酥雞
比較像介於肯德基和胖老爹的炸雞
我應該更名叫偽雞米花才對。

I want to share a recipe with you guys here.
It's fake chicken popcorn (by Barkerlybetty):
1. Marinate diced chicken breast with soysauce and yoghurt and place in fridge for a day
2. Get chicken and dip with egg. Coat with oatmeal, paprika and black pepper.
3. Preheat the oven to 220°C or 430°F and bake for 20 minutes.
For me, it does taste like KFC chicken popcorn.
