Siegels's Logboek, 29 apr 18

Heading home after 5 days in Germany. Was able to exercise everyday and eat clean....mostly. A few sausages, some local bread and beer. ok, I didn't eat that clean. I'll see if there was any damage when I hit the shadow tomorrow.
