I have been away from FS but I am back now. So hard to say on WOE when you don't feel well.
On a good note: I am no longer pre-diabetic. Yesterday's A1C was 5.3. Was 5.9 before starting LCHF. Yay Me!
I found out why I have been so fatigued. My Vitamin B12 level is barely above the low norm. Have to increase my mcg per day for now.
