Last night for my breakfast 6pm... 4 eggs, 1 cup egg whites, 4 THICK delicious slices of bacon, 2 turkey sausages, and 1.5 cups of unsweetened organic Almond milk with sf raspberry syrup and a tbsp of chia seeds.
