Uggggg! Will I ever learn to eat right when out of town?!? I planned out each meal and was set to do great, then when offered ice cream, I gave in and bought a huge carton of it and some hot cocoa mix and over the course of 5 days ate almost half of it. So much for breaking below 200 this week. I am going to work extra hard this next week to change things around. Good start so far today. Going to yoga later.
