I can’t seem to succeed, I get it it’s better than gaining

Really enjoying your posts, very insightful and your results are the proof. I'm sure others find them helpful too. Totally agree with your last comment, better to add calories back slowly and come up to equilibrium than to yoyo over and have to cut back.
