對的,除了炸年糕,全都是自己煮的。
其實滿簡單的,烤箱預熱至190度。
櫛瓜和蕃茄切片裝袋,
放入鹽、黑胡椒、紅椒粉、義式香料甩個幾下。
將袋中的東西放入事先抹油的烤盤上,烤15分
15分後,灑上乳酪絲,再烤10至15分即可。
(但因為我偷懶用平底鍋,所以加了點鮮奶油來燜櫛瓜)

平底鍋的做法:
櫛瓜切薄片
鑄鐵鍋或平底鍋熱油*
放入櫛瓜,煎至兩面金黃**
加入鮮奶油4大匙(0.3杯)
加入乳酪、黑胡椒等香料***
*個人愛平底鍋,較輕
平底鍋務必輕輕刷洗
鑄鐵鍋盡量不用洗潔精
**不要有焦痕
***可再加紅椒粉、義式香料
