不可能一輩子喝湯吧,要注意基礎代謝率,沒吃到也瘦不下來,肌肉量反而會下降,當你正常吃時,體重回升速度會很快

身體會有保護機制,當熱量不足時,會將吃進來的都儲存起來,也就是脂肪。能量不足身體也沒有燃燒脂肪的動力,這樣會導致溜溜球效應。
