Ms Stanback's Logboek, 29 mei 12

May 29, 2012 my weight jump back up to an extra five pounds even though I have been walking five days a week and excercising at the gym both Sat and Sun since it is at my job. I am trying to cut down my meals to two a day and just recently started to green coffee bean diet, really don't like the tast of the grapefruit and vinegar but still drink it from time to time. Both ankles are very swell so I am wondering if I am retaining a lot of fluid. I feel a little different in my clothes but the scale refuses to move, that can really be a downer for me.
102,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 32,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
