I'm off out for an all can eat Chinese buffet for lunch (lunch easier to eat less) how would I even start calculating that? it's soup to start and my plan is to stay away from anything deep fried (or well try to ;) ) I've had light breakfast. I'm kind of thinking just enjoy it as it's a one off treat that's been arranged for ages but not go over board. I don't pile plates or have too many but a pudding will go in haha

turned out to be 3 courses so had soup, chicken in black bean with boiled rice and banana fritters so nice just what I needed x
