Was doing ok until I settled down on the sofa.. had 3 cans of gin and slimline tonic, but at least that’s portion control.. I could it a big dent in a bottle of actual gin, so this was less dangerous! As always, alcohol lowered my willpower and I had some of the matchmakers chocolates that the rest of the family were eating😊 So, to keep my motivation up, I got the measuring tape out to assess the damage,so here is my starting point
