Somehow I thought I was going to lose more weight, but looking in retrospective I do notice that I wasn't 100% committed to the diet, and even though I did adhere to my work out schedule, I did let go on the weekend and just consumed everything I was avoiding. I think maybe I could’ve lost an extra 2 pounds or an extra Kilogram if I’d adhered to the diet. But well, this goes to show myself that the average was a reasonably well followed diet and the result is a reasonably well weight loss. If I want lose weight and reach my goal at a 100%, I should follow the diet at a 100%. This is just beginning...Bring it on!
