Mistybenner's Logboek, 19 jan 18

I’ve left my watch charger at the other house. Grrr. Anyway I tried not to let that derail me too much. I was going to try the 2wk slimfast challenge but I bought the ones w too much sugar (IMO). So I’m going to try and do my plant protein shakes twice a day and my two snacks then a reasonable dinner. I’m also going to my circuit training classes twice a week and try a two week butt and thigh workout from YouTube and my hyperpressives😖😉🤞🏻
