yeah, the psychological part is weird. I don't know why its hard for people to look at themselves and see reality. I struggle with it myself. Anyway I would not use "fluffy" to describe this picture. Hope you are having a great day, if not I hope it improves rapidly.

@kaysea I look thin, but I'm still in a 15/16, I started at a 22 when I weighed 219.1 @frosted I carry my weight weird and never look like what I weigh. at 219 everyone thought I was about 175, I think it has to do with my height, I'm only 5' 3 and I carry my weight kinda all over

Yep, I'm nearly 6ft and have long hair so I can pretend to be thinner than I am if I wear long waistless clothes! Been getting away with it for years. The crunch has come!
