I am so proud of myself. I went all weekend without cheating. That is a MAJOR accomplishment for me. We were out to eat, had friends over, went to a make-up party with snack foods and I didn't cave to the pressure. I am so ready for this. This week my goal is to lose 5 lbs which shouldn't be hard since my second week of phase 1 is always successful. ALso to work out AT LEAST 3 times. I need to get into a routine again with the workouts. Wish me luck!!
