I'm back! I was without much internet for a week but I'm glad to be back and ready for 2018:)
Here is my plan for the week: breakfast- my keto muesli and almond milk lunch- boiled eggs, green veg, salad supper- (every second day because I IF)- protein and salad. snacks- almond butter and lindt 99%
It was my birthday last week and my siblings and parents gifted me with coconut oil, chia seeds, almond butter, lindt 99% dark and sugar& dairy free hot chocolate powder with xylitol. I was very blessed 💟
