Micros DAILY AVERAGES FOR KETO WEEK -K27 Month DEC JOURNAL : 200 days on Keto. Am fasting today. Dr appt this morning . Her scale had me up 5.2lbs over my NEW home scale. On the one hand , I know it means nothing…on the other hand…I have a real problem with the notion that “it means nothing…” Well, we will have NONE of that!!!! Hence the impromptu 48 hr Fast. Not that I am at all bullied by the scale. ..or anything. ;>)LOL Need to go back to DRs in one month. WE will see about this scale thingy…not that I am about to punch anything@#!#$$^&%!!!! Otherwise …Dr appt was /went well.
