Think I’m finally get my mind in the right state again to drop some weight. Drinking lots of water and logging every bite of food instead of just the good stuff 😜

Good to hear! 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday! If you go into ketosis you really need to stay hydrated. Cutting carbs is my way of life. Good luck!
