Smash84's Logboek, 16 mrt 10

Well it is that time again. Time where I want chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate. Blah! I have even been craving ooey gooey cheese! "Smacks her own face" The scale hasn't went up so my efforts to get out and walk the dog is apparently doing something. I've been a busy bee and I'm not sore like I should be lol. Last week I moved furniture, did yard work, and did tons of walking and I haven't hurt at all. Normally after all of that, I'd be camped out on the couch with my feet up lol. I'm glad to know my efforts are paying off and I feel amazing. I also wrote to FatSecret and told them they should include a (Steps) category for walking. I use a pedometer so it would be nice =) Anyway, that is all for now. It is too nice out not to take advantage of it!

10,000 steps is roughly 5 miles. So 5,000 steps would be 2 and 1/2 miles and so on. Isn't it great to not feel so out of breath and be able to do things that just a few months ago left you winded. I have only lost 5 pounds, but have lost inches and I walked up the road today which is quite steep and I wasn't even winded. MY legs were burning, but I could breathe. So congratulations on your success.
