The scale hasn’t moved a lot up or down which is ok. My issue is getting work outs in just been flat out lazy. But I have been keeping track of my food which helps. I saw photo of me back in May at my birthday and compared to now you can tell I’ve lost weight see it in my face:) this time around the weight loss is slow but I am staying with it! Hate myself for letting myself to gain all the weight back again 😒😠embarrassing too☹️😖
