—Followed Keto well this week. As usual though , I still had some anxiety regarding standing on the scale…so I dealt with it this week by meditating and doing a yoga sequence before standing on the scale. I feel sometimes shallow…as considering what most people are dealing with…my scale numbers are trivial beyond the beyond. Also… i am famous for passing out the encouragement to those of us here at FS who are at a stall/gain with the scale. I have certainly witnessed that the scale is not very indicative of how one’s doing and or reflective of real progress .
But i pay lip service to these beliefs when I , myself,
face even the posibility of the same stall/gain result at the scale each week. Easy to write when I have lost …but i need to get honest about this. I don’t have to fail in order to get pat this. I do not have to quit Keto to avoid the underlying personality problems I face as I move through these initial days on Keto. So, I will face this. Get by this. Realize I spotted some tendency i have to avoidance of failure…and pay attention to the REAL aspects of my life. Thanks all for being here and reading this "Whine".
