——Have a Social breakfast mtg this morning. Had to change my IF to 15/9 . A little disquieting. but I can handle it. Am doing all that I can with as much grace as I have ever had…a little more , I think. This lifestyle is so much better than the remorse of eating unconsciously. I am bringing something I can eat…and will eat around everything else. I feel a little silly reporting on this…but hey…that is what I am doing today. Chilly here only in the 60s. Fall!!!!
