This month has been crazy! Very busy with moving from the big city to Suburbia! Have not lost a pound this month. In all honesty, I haven't tried very hard and haven't been focused. Not that I have been eating poorly just not giving that extra inch. Now that I am finally moved-in, I must get back into my groove. I even started my day with a work-out! Just keep it going.
